These rules protect collectors, support authentic listings, promote fair dealing, and help create a trusted Canadian sports collectibles marketplace.
Rules for Buying, Selling, Trading and Showcasing
These rules apply to all members, Locker Owners, Founders, buyers, sellers, traders and visitors. They operate together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Fee Schedule, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Community Guidelines, Founder Agreement and Locker Owner Agreement.
Provide truthful information; do not mislead others about authenticity, condition, value, ownership, shipping, availability or marketplace status.
Use clear photos; disclose defects, repairs, reproductions, missing pieces, grading, signatures, tags, stains, odours, wear and uncertainty.
Do not claim authenticity without a reasonable basis. Clearly identify replicas, reproductions, reprints, customs and unofficial merchandise.
Do not list stolen, disputed, consigned without authority or otherwise restricted property.
No fake discounts, fabricated scarcity, shill bidding, coordinated price manipulation or false competing offers.
Do not direct active marketplace transactions off-platform to avoid fees, records, security controls or dispute procedures.
Use suitable protection, accurate package information and tracking where required. Keep receipts and records until the dispute period ends.
Provide honest evidence, cooperate with reviews and do not damage, alter or substitute items during a return claim.
Confirm terms in writing, use safe public meeting places and avoid disclosing unnecessary personal information.
No harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, stalking, spam, abusive language or publication of private information.
No fake, purchased, retaliatory or manipulated reviews, and no rewards offered for positive ratings.
This includes counterfeit, stolen, recalled, fraudulently altered or unlawfully marketed items and falsified authentication documents.
Do not copy another member's photos, descriptions, Locker design, biography, collection story, logos or badges without permission.
Do not publish passwords, payment details, identity documents, private addresses or other sensitive information.
Use assigned QR codes only for approved Lockers and do not imply unauthorized authentication, ownership, insurance or endorsement by MSL.
Founder recognition does not excuse violations and remains governed by the Founder Agreement.
Identity, ownership, transaction, banking, tax, shipping or authentication details may be required for security, payouts or disputes.
MSL may warn, remove content, hold funds, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and may permit a response or appeal where appropriate.
Include relevant listing, Locker, member, transaction, screenshots, photographs, messages and tracking details when available.
Updates may reflect changes in law, services, payment systems, shipping practices, fraud risks and member feedback.
