Locker Owners pay the monthly fee posted for their selected Bronze, Silver, or Gold Plan. Founding Locker Owners pay no monthly fee for their personal Locker. Selling commission applies only when an item is successfully sold.

Current Locker Owner Fee Schedule

The fee structure separates monthly Locker Plan charges from marketplace selling commissions. Founding Locker Owners receive one personal Locker with no monthly fee, subject to the Founder Agreement.

How Fees Work

  • There is no charge simply to list an item.
  • The selling fee is calculated from the completed sale amount defined in the final Fee Schedule.
  • The final policy must state whether the fee applies to item price only or to item price plus shipping and taxes.
  • Refunds, returns, cancelled orders and chargebacks are handled under the applicable policies.
  • Optional paid services must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • Members remain responsible for their own income-tax and reporting obligations.
Important: Founding Locker Owners pay no monthly fee for one personal Locker, subject to the Founder Agreement. Gold, Silver and Bronze Locker Owners pay the monthly plan fee posted for their selected plan. Monthly plan fees are separate from selling commissions. Selling commissions are 12% for Founding Locker Owners, 15% for Gold, 18% for Silver and 20% for Bronze, and apply only when an item is successfully sold.
