You may be able to choose whether your Locker is private, public for showcase purposes, or available as a marketplace Locker. Information placed in a public Locker may be visible to visitors, search engines, and other members.

• Private Locker: intended to be visible only to you and authorized administrators when support or security review is required.
• Public Showcase Locker: displays your collection but does not necessarily offer items for sale.
• Public Marketplace Locker: may display listings, prices, seller information, and transaction-related details.

Do not upload confidential, financial, health, identity-document, or other highly sensitive information to any public area.

• Create and manage your account and Locker.
• Display collection items and marketplace listings according to your selected privacy settings.
• Process transactions, payments, payouts, shipping, returns, and customer support.
• Verify members, reduce fraud, protect users, and enforce marketplace rules.
• Personalize the website and improve features, performance, accessibility, and security.
• Send service notices, application updates, policy changes, and other important communications.
• Meet legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

We may send administrative messages needed to operate your account, including security notices, order updates, payout notices, application decisions, and policy changes. Where required, promotional messages will be sent only with appropriate consent.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe option provided in the message. You may still receive essential service communications.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Where a Founding Member agrees to public recognition, we may display their name, Locker name, biography, photograph, collection information, Founder seal, or related profile content. Public recognition will be based on the permissions provided and may be changed by contacting us, subject to contractual or historical-record considerations.

Members are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information they publish. Public descriptions, photographs, comments, and profile details may be copied or shared by others outside our control.

• Do not publish another person's personal information without permission.
• Do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, private addresses, or sensitive records in listings or public messages.
• Use marketplace messaging and approved transaction processes where available.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account administration, transaction records, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.

Service providers may process or store information in Canada or other countries. When information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
